Customized Services
EventZone understands that our clients have different budgets and levels of event management needs. To respond to this, we offer three types of services:
Event Consultation Service
This is best for clients who wish to plan most of the event themselves but need some initial directions towards managing the event. Event consultation includes helping you fine-tune your event theme, budget and providing you with a list of EventZone accredited suppliers for venues, caterers, florists, and others. This includes 3 two-hour consultations with one of our event managers.

EventZone Planning and Coordination Service
This is best for clients who lack the time to plan their event but wishes to be in-charge during the day(s) of the event. EventZone will organize the entire event with unlimited consultations with the clients. EventZone shall prepare the full event plan and guidelines for the client to successfully run the event on their on.

Full EventZone Event Management Service
This is the best EventZone package. We’ll plan and coordinate the entire event for you. You’ll benefit from the pleasure of hearing us present our event proposals for approval. You will receive a well-planned and organized event along with 2 on-site event coordinators during the day of the event(s). This service ensures that you will be relaxed during the entire event. It will be our pleasure to submit a proposal for your review.
